| Our Management Team Every good team has a seasoned coach making the right decisions – consistently and thoughtfully, but without hesitation. The principals of Novus Sport, Jack Swarbrick and Troy Hege, have the experience, business savvy and entrepreneurial zeal to make the right business decisions when bringing sports science concepts to market.
Troy Hege, Novus Sport President, was instrumental in founding Novus Sport after realizing there was an opportunity to help bring innovative sports-centered medicine and technology to market. An entrepreneur himself, Hege spent seven years in management consulting prior to starting Novus Sport, including two years at The Edison Group, a healthcare management consultancy he founded.
Hege also has worked for consulting firms in Boston and New York, where he advised leading healthcare, pharmaceutical and technology companies in brand management, business development and technology strategy. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
Jack Swarbrick, Novus Sport Chairman and CEO, has been a leader in the collegiate, Olympic and community sports for more than 20 years. As an attorney, his approach to solving client problems helped create innovations that continue to serve as models for today’s sports industry.
As a principal of the Indiana Sports Corporation, Swarbrick helped build the organization into the leading community sports corporation in America. Under his watch, Swarbrick was responsible for operating the Pan American Games and World Gymnastics Championships and for securing the relocation of NCAA headquarters to Indianapolis. Swarbrick is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received his JD from Stanford Law School in 1980.
Swarbrick’s broad perspective gained from working in the sports industry as an attorney, marketer, administrator and volunteer lead him to develop the concept of Novus Sport. |
